HVAC Incentives

There are quite a few HVAC incentives available offered by other entities, and some are based on where the home is located. Below you’ll see a few of the incentives we are partnered with and have our eyes on.

Federal and Manufacturer Incentives

30% Federal Tax Credit

Save up to 30% of the system cost, up to $2,000, with Efficient Energy Home federal tax credit on qualifying equipment. This tax credit ends 12/31/25.

Save on Mitsubishi Heat Pumps

Save up to $1,350 on qualifying Mitsubishi heat pumps now through 11/25/25. This discount is applied to the proposal from Blossom.


Eastside Incentives

In the Washington state cities: Redmond, Issaquah, Mercer Island, Kirkland, Bellevue, and Sammamish

Energy Smart Eastside - Fuel Switch Rebate

From Energy Smart Eastside, a $6,000 rebate when switching from natural gas, oil, wood, or propane to a Mitsubishi heat pump. Income must be under 150% of area median income. It cannot be combined with Energy Smart Eastside’s $1,000 Mitsubishi rebate. Click here to see if you qualify. If you are eligible, provide rebate code for Blossom to apply to your proposal.

Energy Smart Eastside - Mitsubishi Rebate

Up to $1,000 rebate through Energy Smart Eastside program now through 10/17/25. This is applied to the proposal, but cannot be combined with the Fuel Switch Rebate.

PSE Heat Pump Rebates

Regularly $1,500, this rebate has been increased to up to $2,000 through a program now through 10/17/25 when you replace your electric resistance heating system with a qualifying air-source heat pump (ducted or ductless). Click here to apply.

An additional $300 - $600 Midstream Rebate on qualifying equipment. This rebate is applied to your proposal.


Duvall, WA Incentive

PSE Enhanced Home Comfort Heat Pump Incentive

PSE is offering up to an $8,000 rebate when switching from natural gas heating to electric heat pumps - limited availability and location specific within Duvall. Click here to learn more and see if your property qualifies.
